At Bardine's (bar-DEE-nees), a family owned custom butcher shop located in Crabtree, PA, 50 feet of meat cases display a large variety of scrumptious hand-selected and hand-cut meat and cheese products.

In an environment kept meticulously clean, customers can choose from delicious award-winning smoked meats and cheeses, fresh sausages, fresh beef, fresh pork, and poultry.  Fresh turkeys and roasting pigs are available in season.  Customers can buy whatever quantities suit their needs.

Gary Bardine, the family's fourth generation butcher will not compromise on quality or service to his customers.  He has earned bragging rights by winning over 250 awards in state and national competitions for his mouth watering sausages and smoked meats.  Gary loves to experiment and many of the products sold at Bardine's are made from his original recipes.
